Legal guarantee
According to Belgian law, you are entitled to a legal warranty of two years on new products, from the date of delivery.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing and material defects that were present upon delivery.
- Products that do not match the description or expectations.
- Defects that prevent normal use of the product.
What is not covered by warranty?
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Damage caused by accidents, falls or external influences.
- Damage due to incorrect or improper use of the product.
How do you submit a warranty claim?
- Contact the seller via your account or order page.
- Provide a clear description of the problem, possibly with photos.
- The seller will review your request and contact you about a repair, replacement or refund.
