Return conditions
You can return most products within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
Conditions for returns
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging if possible.
- Some products, such as personalized or hygienic items, cannot be returned.
How do you return an order?
- Register your return via your account or via the order page.
- Follow the seller's instructions for returning the product.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds
After approval of your return, the amount will be refunded within a few working days via the original payment method.
